Simply give us a call, walk into our office, or schedule your free no obligation consultation. We learn about your needs and if you like we can prepare your tax return/s on the spot.

We Work

When you come to our office you can work face-to-face with one of our tax experts who can prepare your tax returns on the spot. If you would prefer, you can always drop off and leave your information. We’ll call you with any questions, and have your tax return(s) prepared and ready, usually within 24-48 hours. You’ll leave with your taxes done correctly and knowing exactly where you stand.

You Relax

Our experts complete and electronically file your tax return(s) with a meticulous eye for detail ensuring a maximum refund allowed by law or that you’ll pay the IRS and/or state taxing authorities as little as possible with no errors.

What Should You Bring When You’re Ready to File?

When you drop by our office to get your taxes done in person with one of our tax experts you’ll need to bring the following documents so we can make sure you maximize your returns and avoid any errors. 

 

Personal Data Information

  • Social Security Numbers (including spouse and children) 
  • Current I.D.
  • Child care provider tax I.D. or Social Security Number 

Employment & Income Data

  • W-2 forms for the current tax year and any K-1’s if applicable

Homeowner/Renter Data

  • Residential address(es) for current year 
  • Mortgage interest: Form 1098 
  • Sale of your home or other real estate: Form 1099-S 
  • Real estate taxes paid 
  • Rent paid during tax year 
  • Moving expenses (Only for Military)

Financial Assets

  • Interest income statements: Form 1099-INT & 1099-OID
  • Dividend income statements: Form 1099-DIV
  • Proceeds from broker transactions: Form 1099-B
  • Tax Refunds & unemployment compensation: Form 1099-G 
  • Miscellaneous income including rent: Form 1099-MISC 
  • Retirement plan distribution: Form 1099-R 

Financial Liabilities

  • Auto loans and leases (account numbers and car value) if vehicle used for business 
  • Student loan interest paid 

Expenses

  • Gifts to charity (receipts for any single donations of $250 or more)
  • Un-reimbursed expenses related to volunteer work
  • Un-reimbursed expenses related to your job (travel expenses, uniforms, union dues, subscriptions)

Self-Employment Data

  • K-1s on all partnerships 
  • Receipts or documentation for business-related expenses 
  • 1099 NEC’s

  • State & local income tax: your estimated tax vouchers

  • Casualty or theft losses (Not deductible through 2025 unless due to a Federal Disaster)
